It is with great pleasure the directors of DVR LTD and Speed Assembly Services LTD announce the exciting news that as of 4th July 2023, both companies are now part of the NOTE Group.
This strategic move marks a significant milestone in our journey over the past 40 years within the industry and will be a further springboard for DVR to grow and provide benefits to customers such as yourselves with NOTE’s backing, global presence, and resources.
For NOTE, this acquisition expands their existing EMS services within the UK, and in partnership we continue to work upon shared values of building long term partnerships with core foundations of communication, service and quality.
This acquisition does not change any of the day to day operations or services provided by DVR and SAS, the management team remain as current and all roles are being retained. Our operations will continue to serve out of our leading manufacturing facility in Basildon, Essex.
