As an added value service DVR can provide a competitive storage, distribution and customer account management facility, where your products that are on agreed ‘call-off’ schedules or have Kanban (JIT) production requirements can be delivered directly to your very own customers. Your product(s) can be parcelled in your company’s chosen packaging and we even have the facility for your own customers to place orders directly with DVR through the internet.
In addition to this complete service provision we provide a Faulty Product Returns service for those ‘field failures’ where your customers require the product to be repaired rather than discarded. A ‘New for Old’ distribution process can also be arranged.
