In line with current regulations we offer a range of inspection and testing options from initial development, through NPI and manufacture, to maintenance and repair, with scope for bespoke testing design and testing development on your product, if required.
Regular inspection is carried out using four state-of-the art Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) machines: an Omron VT-S730 3D AOI, one Omron RNS Colour AOI and two Yestek AOI machines. These systems inspect both pre-surface mount and post-surface mount on many of our products and can detect a number of faults. DVR also have a SPEA 100A ICT machine for board testing, if required.
We also carry out functional testing and, if needed, will design test fixtures to further enhance and speed up the test process. We have the capability to programme on-board or off-board devices and can develop a bespoke test process for our customers.
As with many of our services, our inspection and testing team is highly skilled, with many IPC-A-610 trained to Class 2 or 3.
