DVR have introduced PBT Works Super Swash PCB cleaning system to our manufacturing portfolio. 

More and more of our new and current customers are demanding cleaning of their PCB’s prior to dispatch. This can be due to either conformal coating requirements or cleaning to remove ionic contaminates from the PCB to ensure there is no residues left that may cause contamination and compromise the electronics in the future.

DVR use no-clean fluxes in all our processes to mitigate any contaminants’  at the earliest stages of our assembly processes, but some of our prestigious customers demand more. In light of this the decision to add the PCB cleaning can only augment our production processes further.
