DVR are pleased to confirm the addition of another 11,500 sq.ft. to our existing manufacturing floor space of 14,500 sq.ft. DVR have taken over Unit 2 Bentalls Business Park next door to unit 1. Unit 2 will be opened up so that DVR maintain our Open Plan look as the two factories will be joined together with access through to each building giving DVR one complete shop floor.

The new facility will be decorated and furnished to enable us to meet the growing demands of our customers and the additional requirement of more finished boxed assemblies. DVR have won some significant contracts recently that have necessitated the need for additional space on our shop floor. In particular, we have won contracts to build Synthesizers, high volume audio equipment, and a substantial assembly build of leak detection equipment with our partners Syrinix.

To aid in the increase of production and to maintain our high standards of quality we’ve invested in more new equipment. We’ve added: Omron 3D AOI system, additional automated paste equipment, and another solder paste oven. DVR are also looking to add 2 more MYDATA SM machines to the 4 that we currently have in the not to distant future.
